Fitness with Andrew Romeo

Andrew has been working in the human performance and fitness industry for the past two decades. He founded Romeo Athletics in 2009 in Enfield, CT and most recently opened his second location in Avon, CT, which is primarily focused on Personal and Semi-Private Training. Throughout his career Andrew has coached thousands of people utilizing a variety of training styles, programs and best practices. He continues to work with a wide variety of clients who want to improve their lifestyles and he's passionate about helping people make positive change in their lives through fitness, nutrition, mindset and accountability.

Fitness Packages Available

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with an experienced Coach who will customize your workouts based on your personal needs and goals. Your Coach will hold you accountable for making yourself and your fitness a top priority, and help you become your fittest self. Personal Training is perfect for those who want to workout specific days/times of the week, and want 100% of their Coach's focus and attention. We also recommend Personal Training for anyone who is recovering from injury or has specific adaptations that need to be met based on mobility limitations, previous surgeries, or other circumstances.

Personal Training is available in packages of 8, 12, 16 or 20 sessions in 30-minute or 1-hour increments.

Semi- Private Training

Work in a small group setting (1-3 people) with an experienced Coach who will customize your workouts based on your personal needs and goals. Semi-private training has the benefits of Personal Training, but with a lower pricepoint and a bit more flexibility with scheduling. It's perfect for those who have friends or family that want to workout together. Your Coach will customize your workouts, hold you accountable and make sure you're working out safely and effectively to achieve results.

Semi-Private Training is available in packages of 8, 12, 16 or 20 sessions in 30-minute or 1-hour increments.

Remote Programming

Whether you’re a dedicated professional athlete, a home gym workout warrior or anything in between, we will provide you with customized programming that can be done anywhere. We create training plans based on your goals and equipment access, and using our online platform, you can track your workouts, your progress, and get feedback from an experienced Coach!
